I love the simple look and feel of the old Hanna Barbara Cartoons! Imagine this character, as one of them. This was based off of a real show that took place in Cleveland.

This was a promotional poster for my band. I staged and Lit the room, edited the digital photo, and created the layout.

For these business cards, I created a retro design with a screen-printed feel. I shot the photo, and simplified it to 1-color. Doing the same for the guitar in the background, I rotated it, giving it a drip paint look, while creating “soundwaves”.

Rock posters are sometimes silly, and thought-provoking. Sometimes they are designed just to make you look. This one is no exception. I set this as a real music venue, in Cleveland, however, the band never existed. An exercise in simple, digital illustration, and logo design.

This customer wanted to create an advertisement for the local High School Marching Band. Designing within size, format and material restrictions is always a concern for a graphic designer.
